I have installed Debian jessie on my Vostro 3350 laptop and I have the following problem with my dsl connection:
after installing debian I didn't find any option in "Network" for creating a dsl connection. finally I created a dsl connection from "Network tools" , with opening the "configure" on "eth0" interface and adding a dsl connection. the connection is available now. but when I click on it, just for a moment it tries to connect and disconnects quickly.
Does anyone know what should I do to solve the problem?

Problem with dsl connection
Re: Problem with dsl connection
I am not using wifi. I have to connect to dsl modem through a wired network. And also, I've read debian's wiki page about network. Didn't help!Bulkley wrote:[url=https://wiki.debian.org/WiFi/HowToUse's a good place to start.[/url]
