I'm an french teatcher (sorry for my bad english...)
I'm trying to learn chess to my students (6/8 years old)
I'm using traditionnal games and chess games on PC (xboard and pychess). No problems
My problem : I'm searching an chess programm which can allow to play between 2 PC with IP connection on my intranet (10 PC with the IP 192.168.10.X)
I want play only in my intranet, I'm not interresting ton connect a tradionnel chess server.
My goal : 2 students play a game under 2 PC differents PC connect by IP.

but run on windows
I'm looking for the same type of programm but under linux debian (jessie)

I have never used it... but my understanding is that eboard is a gtk+ chess game that can connect to another eboard instance on another computer (no server).
