Ethernet card suddenly stop working

Hello, I have two ethernet cards 1 onboard and 1 PCI Express.

My Debian is 8.7.1 x64. My kernel version is 3.16.0-4-amd64. I have install the non-free driver.

We are not ignoring you. Just confused by your output.
First check into your /etc/network/interfaces and look for conflicts.
Then check your route output.

My guess is that at some point there is a collision of IP addresses. Possibly both being the same ethx name.
