Installing Debian on Mini PC

My uncle bought a mini PC (THIS ONE) and it comes with Windows 10 which we obviously want to get rid off.
I tried booting Debian from USB but it doesn't work (nothing happens), then i found this:

Because the CPU of AP42 is N4200, he can not boot Linux system directly through UEFI. You need to add boot system rEFind. Here they give instructions and download files for Ubuntu (http://www.kodlix.com/601/) , but i don't want Ubuntu.

I have never used rEFind before, would this be possible to somehow install Debian?
