It depends what you want. I use this one:

[HowTo] Install and configure Debian bookworm
Debian 12 | KDE Plasma | ThinkPad T440s | 4 × Intel® Core™ i7-4600U CPU @ 2.10GHz | 12 GiB RAM | Mesa Intel® HD Graphics 4400 | 1 TB SSD

Sounds more than firewall, try "content filter" or "content monitor" there are some dns servers that provide this (for a fee?) I believe.

The simple way is to access the admin features on your router/modem and choose the highest security setting on the built in firewall. It's generally a one button click.

My preferred do it yourself firewall is a simple IPtables setup. There are lots of instructions available. Here are a couple I have used.
https://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/Network/IPTables
https://wiki.debian.org/iptables

Doing it yourself is a good way to learn what a firewall is expected to do even if you ultimately wind up with a more sophisticated one.
