Re: Debian Stretch
i don't even have that command, but a quick apt search tells me it has to do with printing.
maybe something like "list all network printers".
maybe it is desired to let only root see those things?
my wild guess would be that CUPS documentation will be helpful in resolving this.

Re: Debian Stretch
Thank you for your answer but i use "nut" for monitoring inverter not for printer.
i have made many research on google but anything helpfull.
also when i do systemctl status nut-server.service i have this "upsd[2785]: not listening on 127.0.0.1 port 3493" but it can listen on ::1 3493. i don't know if this can prevent me from executing ups commands from a no root user.
best regards,
Diogene

Re: Debian Stretch
I Have resoled the not listing on 127.0.0.1 error but still can get ups status by executing command from no root user
from toto user i have : $ upsc -l
Error: Connection failure: Connection timed out
but with root i have : $ upsc -l
Init SSL without certificate database
UPS
i can't understand why.
