Where to find libqt5script5-dev?

Hello,

For a development, I would need the QScriptEngine module of Qt.
Unfortunately, I could not find any of the script modules (script, qml...) for development in my stretch Debian.

Where can I find those libraries?

If they are just missing, is there any reason for not including them?

That had me confused as well, so I was not sure if it is what you are looking for.
I am pretty sure it is though.
