Debian 9.6 system. I have four local repositories that I use apt-mirror to keep synced. Most everything has worked well and has been running since the launch of debian 9. Two days ago I ran apt-mirror to update repositories to 9.7 and it stopped with the error:

NOTE: It continued on downloading but I killed it here. I have approx 160GB of data and did not want to download it all again.
Checked forums and it was suggested that I delete the skel folder and try again. Did that with same bad results.
Anybody have any ideas how to fix thia?
Thanks,
Perazim
