Video driver problems

Postby jacatone » 2019-08-03 18:44

Tried to install Debian 10 on 3 newer computers but got a 1024x768 resolution rather than the correct 1920x1080. Is there any way to fix this? Is there a laptop that'll work with this distro?

What is your hardware? Commands like inxi, lshw or lspci can tell you about it:

Code: Select all
inxi --graphics

Code: Select all
lshw -class display

Code: Select all
lspci -k | grep -EA3 'VGA|3D|Display'
