I having problem using my mobile phone tethering with my debian testing/sid desktop :

all thing was good but when i'm want to connect, it's not possible .

Try disabling NM & connect manually instead:

# systemctl stop NetworkManager{,-dispatcher,-wait-online} network-manager networking
# ip link set enp0s29u1u2i4 up
# dhclient enp0s29u1u2i4
