random freezes

random freezes

So recently i'm having random freezes while using my de (it stops for 10-30 secs and then everything goes ok).
Not sure what might be a problem so asking here, some specs:

usually it's freezing while im browing web pages with firefox 70 (i'll check if it happens with other browers)

any tips?
Just 1 tip I can offer, use Buster (Stable)...

firefox 70?
How about with 68.2.0esr-1?
