I'd like to keep some files on external encrypted disk/filesystem (USB device). Which software do you recommend to use to be able to mount and read/write it on:
Windows
Linux
MacOS
?
I think I would create small partitions on the disk where I could put drivers for each OS. But which software would it be ?
portable, encrypted, open source filesystem for Linux,Win,Linux
You know, like this : portable, encrypted, open source filesystem for Linux/Win/Linux
It might be to much work to read the many results, and try some . If that is the case maybe someone else will have a better idea. But that is my idea, any way, and it works for me.

Hi,
yes of course I can google it. But I asked this question here because I wanted to listen to users who used particular solution and if they are satisfied or not.
Ahh, yes of course, I understand.Ahh, yes of course, so you can tell them why their ideas don't suit you,...ok well that should work as well.

Anyway, I'll take my chances: a 7-zip AES-256 encrypted archive will work on all platforms - but obviously it's not a filesystem

I hope the OP see the humour as well, being sarcastic, and kidding with them.

No, just to listen to their experience.
Simple as that
