Buster Kernel Updates - Is there a Changelog?

Postby shep » 2020-10-19 15:57

I'm running a backported Kernel in Buster in order to enable X-windows with a Ryzen 3 240ge. Oddly, another Ryzen 3 2200G gpu works with the native Buster kernel. There have been numerous linux image updates:
https://packages.debian.org/buster/linux-image-4.19.0-12-amd64
The changelog link in the webpage above does not specifically address linux-image-4.19.0-12-amd64.
Is there a place where I can review the changelog for the latest stable kernel before spending the time to disable a working backported kernel to test?

How about https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/-/commits/buster-security? That's for the buster-security branch, click on the box at the top next to "linux" to switch to another branch.

EDIT: and there are also the upstream changelogs: https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/ (click on a version to see the full list).

This is for Debian's current 4.19.152 version: https://cdn.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel ... g-4.19.152
