restrictions for root...

Hi... i need to do one trick... :
i must protect one folder from root... and the thing is apache need this folder for work... so i can't just encrypt the folder... anybody know how can i do this??

You can't. Root has right to do and see everything.

Nope.
Root is the "superuser", so he can do anything he likes. The only safeguard against root's rule in a unix environment is to encrypt data in some way, but in this case this won't work.

You can use LIDS to restrict the root account.
