kernel 2.6.13.3

Postby xaos » 2005-10-16 10:17

I built a new kernel from kernel.org (2.6.13.3) because i'm used to doing that way in other distros. I have it running and its working perfect, but I can't get the nvidia drivers to install. I've try
Code: Select all
sh NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-7667-pkg1.run
but it keeps on saying it can't load nvidia.ko because its likely the kernel source path its pointing to is wrong.
Its finding /usr/src/linux as source
/usr/src/linux points to /usr/src/linux-2.6.13.3

thanks in advance.

Go Here to see if this helps.
Go down two or three posts; there are a couple of good "How-To's" there.
