input/output error

hi,

first of all sorry for my english -- it's not very good

i have a fat32 partition and i have accesed to it without any problem until now. Now i always get an input/output error every time i try to copy, erase or create a file or directory.

i have run fsck.vfat and i get this output:

I would be very grateful if somebody could tell me what the problem can be or any help.
