java-package error, "No matching plugin"

Postby john_h » 2006-01-28 17:09

I'm trying to install Java as a Debian package, using the "fakeroot make-jpkg" approach. However, I keep getting the following error when I try to build the package:

Code: Select all
john@debian:~/Downloads$ fakeroot make-jpkg j2re-1_4_2_10-linux-i586.bin
Creating temporary directory: /tmp/make-jpkg.XXXXkk9wM1

No matching plugin was found.
Removing temporary directory: done
john@debian:~/Downloads$

I'm using the latest version of java-package (0.27). Any thoughts?
