Using testdisk to recover deleted files [SUCCEEDED!]

I am trying to recover files from a deleted but not formatted partition. The program I am using is TestDisk. The partition that I want to recover was an ext3 partition and the disk contained ext2, ext3 and one ntfs partition that is still intact. TestDisk is presenting me with these options, which one should I choose to test for the deleted ext3 partition?

Thanks. Yes, the computer is a Pentium 4 machine. I found a good guide at: http://www.debian-administration.org/articles/420

Added Later:
The deleted partition disk area from which I want to recover files is still marked as unformatted space. The problem is that it was an partition in the extended partition. testdisk is detecting the partition but it lists only two directories, namely parent (..) and current (.). When I try to browse deeper I do not succeed.

Is there anything else I can do with testdisk before trying another utility?

Make an image of the deleted partition and work on that, not the original. You should probably select "[None ] Non partitioned media" as the partition table type, and you will then be offered further options including 'Analyse' which will search for deleted partitions.
