Apt-get doesn't install packages - it downloads them and lets Dpkg install them.

However, Dpkg only reads Debian format packages, not Red Hat packages like yours. To convert an RPM into a DEB you need to use Alien.

So:

apt-get install alien
alien LimeWireLinuxPro4.10.0.rpm
dpkg -i LimeWireLinuxPro4.10.0.deb (I don't know what it's called but it will be something orughly like that.)
