Debianplaza and forums.debian.net merged

Thanks to a fruitful cooperation with debianplaza's admin, forums.debian.net now has the content and users of forums.debianplaza.net.

Together we hope to be able to provide a friendly place for both advanced users and Debian newbies to seek help and advice.

(oh, and sorry for the downtime to the both forums during the merge)
