New coats for some staff members

I've been considering a bit of a staff re-shuffle for a while - and I've now started to put this in place, with certain people being contacted about these staffing changes.

As these staffing changes are made, I'll be announcing them here.

First of all though, I'd like to congratulate Telemachus, who now wears the lovely red coat of the Administrator.

In recognition of the Spam Hunters, I've also given them lovely Purple Coats to wear.
