Contact information for your "You're a spammer" page

Just a quick suggestion for listing some contact information and/or suggestions on your "You're a spammer" page. I just tried to create an account here to ask a question and got that back. Doing a lookup using the links you provided shows that the IP address in question is not listed any where. At least that I couldn't find.
I know what to do in that case. (Coming in through my own proxy on one of my servers) Not sure if other folks would be aware of how to handle a situation.
Not real user friendly either.
