Knuckle head intolerant admin

Have something to say about forums.debian.net itself?

Knuckle head intolerant admin

Can't believe that this knucklehead admin of this forum removed/deleted my post just because my post was related another Debian variant. If you can't handle a simple question then how can you run open unbiased discussion forum. This is an open forum where everyone is contributing not ur personal n private enterprise. Just asking to show some professionalism and little ethics.

It wasn't deleted -- it was moved to "Off Topic", which seems entirely appropriate given that the query was about Kali...

As H-O-A-S says, the post was not deleted. it was moved here: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=122305&p=578846#p578846

The Forum front page does say: Offtopic If it doesn't relate to Debian, but you still want to share it, please do it here
It was not about Debian, it was about a Debian derivative. But to say again, your post was NOT deleted or removed.

Your latest post is in the System configuration section. It is clearly not about System configuration. It would be more appropriate to the Forum stuff & feedback section...

Here's a suggestion to the OP: Go over to the Ubuntu forums and see how far you get calling them intolerant knuckleheads for not welcoming questions about Mint or Bodhi.

Here's a suggestion for everyone else: Don't feed the troll

Agreed,
don't feed the troll

But I just can't believe the "knucklehead OP" started this thread, wow! What a knucklehead.

The reason derivatives are not on-topic is because we are not sure what changes derivatives have made and cannot accurately support you. I am based on my mum and dad but I am not my mum and dad and it would be wrong to make assumptions about me based on your knowledge of them.

However, if you want to run Kali and yet enjoy the excellent Debian support, tell us you are using Debian. We won't notice the difference. However, if Kali borks as a result of your implementation of our support suggestion, you might want to ask how to fix it on the Kali forums. Of course, you could always cut out the middle man and simply ask on the Kali forums to begin with.

Much of what is possible with Kali is also possible with Debian... http://blog.netsecure.com.ar/debian-7-hacking/
