It does not appear broken to me, worked just fine, loaded in less then 2 seconds.
Maybe it was just a temporary thing ?

Try this : http://www.isitdownrightnow.com/ then paste in the url you are trying to link too, it
will tell you if it really is broken, or your "browser" is broken.

Sorry that I didn't mention it loads, but the iso doesn't appear in my Downloads folder as it should. I double checked the download location in Firefox and had tryed downloading again after a restart. This computer's OS is Windows Vista.

I just had a problem with my Windows Vista PC. Sorry about the mistake. Problem solved.

I don't know anything about Windows, but they might help you at the Microsoft Forum.
