Hello, I'm new here and this is my first post in this forum. Why is it not possible to subscribe to a feed in this forum?

There is no RSS feed available on this Forum.
RSS is used more often for spreading news.
"RSS is a format for syndicating news and the content of news-like sites, including major news sites like Wired, news-oriented community sites like Slashdot, and personal weblogs." - Mark Pilgrim
https://wiki.debian.org/RSS
I don't think anyone has demonstrated that RSS is needed here.
If, as the heading on your link, you are looking for "How can I keep track of what is being written on my Forum? How can I get notified of a new post?" there are browser extensions which can tell you that a Web page has changed e.g.

welcome, dermitdemdino.
your question is valid; many forums have rss feeds.
unfortunately, the answer is valid, too: this forum doesn't have it.
the mods and usually even the admins do not have access to this server and cannot change the installation in any way.
