Here are the relevant config parts that you will need to make the country stats look beautiful and comprehensible:
GeoIP yes
CountryGraph yes
CountryFlags yes
Country flags can be downloaded from here: ftp://ftp.mrunix.net/pub/webalizer/webalizer-flags.tgz
Download and extract. Place flags directory into Webalizer's output dir (eg: yoursite.com/stats. You set this path in Webalizer's config file, in OutputDir directive).
That's it.
