anybody knows good how to on Laptop tunning;battery life, laptop mode, suspend/hibernate, wireless power save, etc ...?

This should be in the support section, anyways - you can select laptop support when you install Debian.

Of course I have selected laptop support during the installation.

I was looking for existing "how to" or any useful link about "Debian laptop tips"

This sub-forum is for howtos only, not asking about them. I'm afraid I can't help you all that much, but of course you can disable background services to save battery power.
