Well, I have completed a netinst a couple of times with no problems, Sarge 31r0a and Etch dated June 3, 2005. But, I downloaded netinst, testing, dated June 27, 2005 and checked it with md5sum. When I try to install, it fails at the Install Base System step with complaints about a missing file(s).
Has anyone else had problems with this build?
Thanks, jimbo

Netinst Failure
Trying the 2005.07.13 net install release of etch, and it still have the problem/bug with the installer. It seems like isolinux.cfg is pointing the the wrong directory when it searches for the vmlinuz kernel image. I´ll try to copy the cd content to harddrive and change the path and then burn a new cd of it.
EDIT: The installer for the 2.4 kernel points to the correct file, but for 2.6 it points to a "linux" file that dont exists. It should point to the file "vmlinuz".
EDIT again: Yes, that solved the problem
