Disks detection problem on installation

Disks detection problem on installation

hi

I trie to install debian on Intel D925XECV2 mother bord with raid controler (ataraid) and 2 hard disks. I disable Raid drive in the bios and I delete Raid 1 whith raid utilities, the hard disks aren't detected.

On prompt I started with Linux26, The CD drive is not detected so I can't to continue the installation.

If the raid controller is switched off in the bios, it want be seen....
If the cdrom is not detected, is it detected by the bios ?
Have yoy used this system with , lest say, windows before?, What I mean to say, is your hardware working properly?
