List of packages included in the CD ?

I was wondering why there is a list of packages contained in each live installation disk http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/cur ... so-hybrid/
but not, as far as I can see, for the regular (non-live) installation disks
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/8.4.0/amd64/iso-cd/ .

These .packages files found in the live CDs download page (more ore less equivalent, I suppose, to what Ubuntu for instance calls "manifest" files) are not present in the official downloads page : are they to be found somewhere else?

Thanks for the hint: is there any reason that you know of, for which the package lists are conveniently displayed alongside the iso files for live images, but are more out of reach for regular installation images (well, assuming that live images may be considered not "regular" install media, which I doubt) ?
