I want use a separate partition /boot, What size use that partition? my hard drive is of 120GB.

A suggested size for /boot is 200 MiB unless using UEFI, in which case greater than 512 MiB is needed.
But you really should read some documentation, and decide what is best for your self, and your situation.

Separate /boot partition is unnecessary in many cases. Small /boot partition may cause problems. Large /boot partition wastes useful space.
