Looks like you are still confused about UEFI. That Grub installation would be correct for a non-UEFI system, or a UEFI system in BIOS Compatibility Mode (Legacy or CSM). Just do it and see if it boots.

For UEFI install you need to specifically select Advanced Install and UEFI Boot in the installer, and have a small separate partition for the boot loader. I'm guessing you installed in Legacy mode.

finally i got to boot , thanks for your support and excuse my ignorance .I wanna know if possible things to do after installing debian Jessie. Can you guys please point me where can i get that info. thank you all and again excuse my ignorance and my english

things to do after installing debian Jessie

Language has nothing to do with it, but if you use the language
you are comfortable with to write the key words, you get
results that mostly are in your langauge.

For example:

hello guys i dont know if this is the right subject to place this post but i am having issues with
customizing my desktop. top issue is adding a short cut icons to my gb

Best to start a new topic for a new question. "Desktop and Multimedia" would be the right section for that one. And no, I don't know the answer (I don't know the answer for anything related to Gnome :) ).
