No, I want to schroot to debian jessie. Let me go more verbose, for example, if I want to run schroot gentoo, I run following command. I need debian jessie base filesystem, I know debian has a great tool for just this purpose called debbootstrap, where to download debian jessie base files?

tar -jxvf stage3-x86-2008.0.tar.bz2
chroot /mnt/guest

Why not answering the above?
I assume that you want to boot debian jessie system (not installation).
Debian live should contain compressed file system image as squashfs.
Try https://wiki.debian.org/DebianLive
For example, CLI (base system) for amd64 may be http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/cur ... andard.iso

As for debootstrap, why not searching on the net and finding https://wiki.debian.org/Debootstrap ?
