Error in official info of UEFI Live version Debian 9 Stretch

I had to face several problems to create a dual boot system on my new 64-bit PC. Finally I solved and got what I wanted.

The oddity is that the most annoying problem I faced to solve has not been technical, but it is about the information provided by Debian.
If this error in the information were to be confirmed, for me it would be a strong disappointment because I have always considered the Debian world my reference point for Linux, and its collaborators are like oracles for me.

I lost a lot of time setting up the PC because I could not install Stretch, UEFI version, on my PC starting from the Live versions.

In the official information we read today:

and

And the same content is reported in the corresponding national sites associated with debian.org.

I tried different solutions but in the end I deduced that the live versions of Debian 9-Stretch currently downloadable from <https://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/cu ... so-hybrid/> are NOT actually distributed in UEFI format.

In fact, not only my UEFI firmware does not recognize such iso as UEFI format, but if you look at the iso file of all live versions (Gnome, Cinnamon, Mate, LXDE) NONE of them have the EFI folder inside.
On the contrary, the "complete installation image" iso and netinst iso regularly have the EFI folder inside them.
In fact, with this last two is possible to install Stretch in UEFI format without problem.

Now I realize why so many people still encounter problems similar to what I've had.

Do you realise that we are not the developers of either the regular or the live versions. This is a user support forum. In the case of an issue like you have detailed, the appropriate action for you is to file a bug report against the live version installer.

I don't have the latest, but there is an EFI part on the one I have. Are you sure it wasn't an issue with the way you copied the .iso to the media? Maybe you can show us the info like below?

okay, maybe i don;t understand, you need an EFI FOLDER? Not a partition?

Funny, because I've just installed GNOME version of Stable from the live image a couple of days ago. It is a GUID, UEFI system.
I did have few problems with network interfaces created elsewhere and sources.list duplicate.
How did you create a bootable medium?
