Hello,
I downloaded debian-9.4.0-arm64-netinst.iso, put it on a known good USB Key, but the Boot (nor UEFI, nor BIOS) doesn't allow me to boot on it.
I sucessfully used the same tools and hardware with a Windows 10 and Ubuntu 16 netboot iso, but would really prefer a Debian install.
I already upgraded to the latest firmware (AY0052), no change for this problem.
UEFI doesn't show the USB key at all in the bootable device menu, BIOS shows it, but after selection I get a "Reboot and Select proper Boot device"
Any Idea ? I can record the entire boot sequence and BIOS settings in video if needed.

The usual suspects don't work very well with Debian images, please consult the official installation guide rather than crappy internet blogs.
