I want to reinstall debian and preserve my home partition with only my documents(music, videos, images) dont't need the hidden folders and config files because i want a 'fresh install'.
What i do with the hidden directories and others files like .bashrc .profile .bash_logout?

Re: reinstall debian and preserve home partition
Backup the documents you want to keep, reinstall without preserving anything then restore your backups.

Re: reinstall debian and preserve home partition
If your home is in its own partition /home, like you mentioned, just reinstall but don't format /home partition.
But as noted, always keep fresh backups available.
EDIT: Better read with thought before anwswering, HOAS gave perfect anwser, as usually.
