You didn't follow the guidelines:

Enter "sudo debian" into your favourite search engine and read the Debian wiki page at the top of the list.

The sudo command is only configured for the first user if a root password is omitted in the installer.

HoaS is correct. As I recall, Debian does not automagically set the user with the sudo bits, you are required to do on your own.
Alternatively you could simply su -
to root then run your command

nope. also why does think its in kiosk mode but not and why does my panel disappear with each reboot. Yknow what, screw it. im gonna try to get an os made by someone that didnt go crazy and kill himself after naming his os after some girl that dumped him. peace
