Not likely. Your best option would be to download the full DVD installer using a download manager such as wget over several days and install from that.
DVD1, which is all you need, is 3.6GB - https://www.debian.org/CD/http-ftp/ . Choose your local mirror for faster download.
Or even better, use BitTorrent - https://www.debian.org/CD/torrent-cd/ . It will resume automatically.

So the standard base system (without a graphical desktop) is 933MiB installed, probably about a fifth of that to actually download, then add 785MiB for the GNOME desktop.
I would install a standard system without a desktop then run the tasksel command to add GNOME the next day
