Why the debian graphical installer doesn't support the native screen resolution of my laptop (1366x768) and sets it to 800x600?

Is this really a problem?

I'm guessing that the VESA BIOS extension in Your laptop is not reporting the 1366x768 as a native resolution.
You can verify this by calling vbeinfo for classic BIOS and videoinfo for UEFI from grub cmd line.

This is bad, because i can't take fullsize screenshots during installation. They are only 800x600.
