Hi,
As you may know, the debian kernel is de-blobbed and the non-free firmware from the kernel is put into the package firmware-linux-nonfree .
Now say I have a kernel of my own, and I wish to de-blob it, and create firmware-linux-nonfree, are there any scripts (or whatever) to do this for me, or is this usually done manually by the maintainers of the packages?
So far I have looked at the linux-libre scripts instead, but (by reading the code), it looks as if a kernel generated with their scripts is unable to load non-free drivers/firmware
Thanks,
Josh
