Thanks, Awhile back someone started a thread, asking about if there could not be
a "Welcome Screen" of some sort, this would be a good opportunity for them to
submit their idea, and design.

there appears to be only one submitted proposal (see the wiki link above), but I seem to be OK with it.

Just today I remembered this again, and to my astonishment there were 14 proposals. The vote was supposed to be over tommorrow
