I am thinking about becoming a Debian Developer and I just want a better idea what kind of users Debian Developers are.

You should ask this question on the mailing lists — this is a users' forum and we don't see any developers here (AFAIK).

It really doesn't matter for development, since the developers almost always build packages either in the cloud or in "containers" on their own machines, so their daily driver could even be Mint or something like that.
