The free game distributed as .tar.gz source is not
present in any of the repositories:

Please tell me why not:
-is it unstable ?
-is it not free ?
-is it incompatible with something ?

It might not have a sponsor. All package need to have a maintainer, though they'll usually sit a while before being removed; however, a package cannot be added without an active maintainer.
