It isn't hard to add a computer to the database, just takes creating a log in and running the commands suggested and populating some fields on a Web page. You have to allow javascript to use the site properly.
They like you to do a separate report on each component as well as for the laptop as a whole but that would take a bit of time. I can see it would make the database more valuable.
I'll add one for my recycled Dell E5420 with replacement wifi card as detailed here...
