System settings

I'm using openbox as my desktop environment, and I don't know what the application name for system settings is in debian. I want to open it from the command line. What is the application name for it?

Openbox is *not* a desktop environment, it is a window manager.

A consequence of this is that there is no "system settings" option, there are just text configuration files to alter in ~/.config/openbox
