People are used to a standard interface for years. It seems not a good choice to copy cat windows word processor/office.

The target should have been efficiency, stability and better file accessibility, and they are working on the interface. Openoffice did used to be better in performance.

Some things hurt in Opensource, when one isnt a programmer.

I think is a good idea instead, you will be able to select the one you prefer.

The Microsoft Office interface is what users interact with. The newer interface avoids the need to open a menu and navigate in it. The newer interface makes the process more efficient requiring a smaller number of mouse clicks. Hopefully, there are no Software Patents forbidding competitors from using the same idea.

The new ribbon interface is optional -- I had to look up how to activate it to get my scrot in this thread:

I wouldn't sign on sickened, but disheartened, yes.

I know of several persons that passed away at a rather young age, instead of
going to real doctors, and trying to treat the illnesses with medicines known
to work, these "witch doctors" brain washed them into believeing the homeopathy
concoctions are real cures,...unfortunately they can not testify to the fact.

Also, if you don't like the program or software you are using, nobody is
forcing you to use it, there are many other programs you can get, that do the
same job.

When one is used to an interface, it takes time to learn and get fast. Even the same interface was changed on MS word from 97 to 10 to 2013 versions. Not sure of later... one has to use these in office as the admin only gives you windows to use...

I think there are things not on paper and not yet evaluated by maths and 0/1 modelings, to the best of my knowledge. So how do you even define a real doctor.

Doctor to me is one who fixes me ... ... well I got asthema certificate from an allopathic Doctor back in 2011. He advised me to take medicine continuously and have the inhaler all time in pocket. ... But I went to homeo, and dont have inhaler in pocket, and just take medicine whenever its needed ... and asthema is now controlled.
