Q1 Move windows with bind keys? - Q2 alias with password?

Hi!!....as a title...
Question 1
how it's possible to set a bind keys for move a windows with a custom size and position??...(I press a button and the windows where I'm over moves it's self in a pre-set position with a custom size).
Question 2
How it's possible to set an alias protected with password?? (I want to run a program protected with password but I don't want to be a sudo user)

A1: depends on your window manager. mine (openbox) has this functionality built in.
A2: more information required. like, what does the script do. why does it have to be password protected. why not root.

R1: I have lxde so it's openbox
R2: The alias simply lauch a program with different options from default
