I think .net was an older model. Debian has probably been carrying both until now. My guess is that someone probably cleaned up. I found several of my old Debian links no longer work. It's time I clean up my old bookmarks.jibberjabber wrote:As far as I know it all ways has been .org:

That is not the same as when a site is down, I means you are banned or blocked for some reason. You need to contact a wiki admin:

If you are using some sort of VPN, you usually can not login, but you should be able to view it.

Turns out I'd somehow triggered a false positive on their spam prevention mechanism when I'd tried to sign up for an account. Sent an email to the wiki team and it's sorted out.
