booting Debian

#1 Post by Guest »

Everything was working fine until i installed the depeds for gaim, now when i i turn my box on i get an error asking for the system disk. I do as it says and it tries to re-install Debian. So i stop it and take the disk out and reboot and it is slow but boots okay. What is wrong? is it something to do with my fstab file?

Thanks in advance for the help...

You don't:

a) Have another CD in the drive
b) Have a floppy in the drive
