Can anyone tell me why this doesn't work? I'm on at least a dozen other IRC servers with multiple channels, but this one continues to elude me. Any help would be appreciated.

I've already tried the new host name, and for some odd reason, it just sits forever trying to connect and then times out. I connect to other IRC servers just fine.

Strange... well... except for confirming that it does indeed work, I'm online there at this moment, I'm afraid I can't be of much help.

What IRC client do you use, and have you tried a different one?

I got in. It turns out that even though I had connected to other IRC's previously, our network engineering dept decided to start blocking IRC. So now, it doesn't work to anywhere.

Thanks for all of your help and pardon my stupidity.

Take care,

Mark
